Nicolas Gascoin教授，2006年获得法国国立奥尔良大学化学工程博士学位，并任教于法国奥尔良大学，次年获得教授教职。2013年任国立卢瓦尔河谷应用科学学院全职教授至今；2015年开始同时担任法国驻印尼大使。近年来共计发表专利及国际学术文献70余篇。Nicolas Gascoin教授担任多篇国际期刊编委委员，美国航空宇航协会会员（AIAA Fellow），主要研究领域为高超声速超燃冲压发动机，碳氢燃料流动换热、裂解、结焦、超声速燃烧、以及发汗冷却等。
